Michelle began her career as a professional Musical Theatre performer, represented by the renowned London agency Keddie Scott Associates. As a versatile triple-threat, she performed across the UK and internationally in leading productions for over a decade.

Her passion for storytelling and human connection eventually led her to transition behind the scenes as a Director and Movement Director / Choreographer and she has worked nationally and internationally on productions, large concert events and musicals.

She is also in high demand as a Performance Coach - working with individuals and organisations to improve communication, presence, and confidence—bringing theatre-based techniques into the world of business, education, and personal development.

In addition, Michelle is a highly experienced educator in secondary Drama and English, and an Associate Teacher of LAMDA. She has written and examined for both WJEC and Edexcel at GCSE and A Level, co-developing their GCSE in Performing Arts and authoring core Dance resources for the course. Michelle holds certifications in NLP, Leadership Coaching, and Public Speaking. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, the ISTD and a member of the Association for Coaching.

With 20+ years experience Michelle combines first hand training, talent and experience as a performer, creative and educator. This unique toolbox has cemented her reputation as a highly effective and dynamic leader in the field of performing arts training.

Michelle founded the Centres to merge her professional performance background with her passion for education—creating a part-time training model rooted in real-world industry experience and academic rigour that offers holistic support and guidance to students. The Centres reflect Michelle’s belief in high-level technical training through performance and a level of academic preparation and support. The result is a vibrant School that nurtures not only triple-threat performers, but confident, well-rounded individuals ready for higher study and life beyond the studio.
