Juniors (Yr1+) Primary and Grade 1 ISTD Tap, Ballet and Modern
From Year 1 upwards (typically age 5), children begin their ISTD examination journey in Ballet, Tap, and Modern. At this stage, students attend for 90 minutes per week, with 30 minutes dedicated to each discipline, providing a well-rounded technical foundation.
Ages Yr1+
Exams are introduced once students are confident and well-prepared. While exam entry is optional, we encourage it as a positive and motivating experience.
